Left for western Oklahoma after SPC issued a moderate risk with a hatched tornado area near the OK/TX border. Had to quickly find shelter from golfball- to baseball-size hail along I-40 in Sayre, OK. A tanker truck was also hit by lightning about 50 yards from our location. The only reported tornado of the day was in central Kansas.
