..........Severe weather footage for use in documentaries, television specials, motion pictures, etc. is available for license. The license will be non-exclusive, and all rights and copyright will perpetually remain the property of Central Oklahoma Storms, LLC. The license will grant the buyer only to use the specified footage in a certain episode of a certain show, a one-time television special, a film, or a motion picture. The specific intended use of the footage, including show/film name and episode number (if applicable), must be divulged on the license agreement. The license will grant the buyer only to use the footage in the particular divulged episode, special, or film, and in advertising and promotions for that one episode, special, or film. Transferring licenses and sublicensing are strictly prohibited, and license is not valid until payment is received. The directions for requesting a screener copy are listed here. If you have already received a screener copy, and have chosen to purchase certain pieces of footage, remember that the fees for the screener copy will be deducted from your final license fees. In the event that you do choose to purchase a license for the footage, a license agreement and payment invoice will be sent by fax. Fees are payable by credit card online or by check. Instructions for payment will be sent on the invoice. Only once the license agreement is signed and faxed back and payment is received will master footage be shipped. Footage will be raw, uncut, and without watermark. If you would like the footage rushed, please indicate this in your inquiry. Footage is shipped via FedEx, and all shipping costs are billed to the addressee. Unless you request some other form of media, SD footage is shipped on a MiniDV tape, and HD footage is shipped on an external hard drive. Please indicate any concerns over format in your inquiry. Rates for broadcast licenses are on a tiered structure, calculated by the second after a 20-second base rate, as can be seen below:
